Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of membership during the stipulated Minimum Term is not allowed unless specified in the Membership Agreement. To cancel after the minimum term, cancellation form submission to EvolveFlex Fitness is required at least one month before the next billing date. Early cancellation fee applies and requires one month's membership fee payment in advance.

Membership Freezing Policy

If a member is unable to use the gym due to travel or medical reasons, he/she can freeze the membership for One (1) to Three (3) months at a freezing fee. The membership will automatically resume after the freeze period ended. Frozen months don’t count as active, so the membership term will be extended accordingly.

To ensure that all membership fees are processed smoothly, members must ensure that payments are made on time and in full. In the event of non-attendance, it is the member's responsibility to submit a freezing request in advance. Without such a request, standard membership fees will continue to apply.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to EvolveFlex Fitness, including but not limited to membership fees, personal training sessions, and other related charges, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all members and services, without exception.

All payments are subjected to Sales and Service Tax (SST) charges.

Tailgate Penalty

EvolveFlex Fitness implements a strict tailgating policy to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access to the Gym facilities. Tailgating occurs when an individual gains entry to the Gym premises by closely following an authorized member without using their own access credentials. Members are reminded to exercise vigilance and refrain from allowing non-members to enter the gym premises without proper authorization. In the event of tailgating, the member responsible for granting unauthorized access will be charged at a fee as a penalty. Repeat offenses may result in further disciplinary action, including membership termination.

Guest Policy

Members are not permitted to bring non-members into the gym without prior acknowledgement, consent or appointment with EvolveFlex Fitness staff at any time including non-staff hours.

Locker Rental Option

Locker rental is available for members who require extended storage options. Payment for locker rental must be made in advance for the entire rental period. By renting a locker, members agree to adhere to the locker rental terms and conditions specified by EvolveFlex Fitness. Failure to comply with locker usage policies may result in termination of locker rental privileges and forfeiture of rental fees.

Commercial or Business Activity

Members are not allowed to conduct any business or commercial activities, including bringing in or acting as a freelance personal trainer, while using the facilities in the gym. Violating this rule will result in immediate membership cancellation, and all outstanding fees will be due immediately.

Criminal Offences

The Club prohibits the use of any drugs in the gym. It is a serious criminal offence for possession, sale, use, trading, or exchange of drugs and such activity is prohibited on the gym premises.

Safety Notice

The Club is under 24-hour recorded surveillance, which may be retained by the Club for subsequent review. The surveillance system does not protect members from harm in or on the building premises. Members must use caution when entering or leaving the building. Do not allow access to individuals who knock on the door of the Club, doing so may put members at risk of injury or harm.
Do not leave any belonging unattended.
Do not store any valuables in the lockers.

Privacy

The personal information that we collect from members (including member name, address, date of birth, personal identification number, credit card or debit card or banking details), CCTV recordings of members’ visits at our Club and other information about members has been collected for the primary purpose of registering the membership with us and facilitating the provision of our services to members or to enable a prospective, purchaser or assignee, of a substantial part of our business to conduct due diligence of the , purchase or assignment, of our business. We may also disclose members’ personal information to our debt collection service providers or advisors, third parties to whom we may outsource our administrative or operative functions, government or organisations as required or authorised by law. Members shall give consent that their personal information will be stored on a network database and may be used for internal administrative purposes, debt collection purposes to enable us to comply, where reasonably necessary, with any court orders, law, rules or regulations binding on us, or where members have provided their consent, to communicate promotional offers and membership benefits, newsletters and special events to members. Members may request access to and/or correction of their personal information by contacting the manager of the Club during normal business hours. If members do not provide all or part of the personal information requested, it may not be possible for us to make our services available to members.
